Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your sunglasses in their original protective case and box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
